Michelle, MSN, RN, CCM is a registered nurse and board-certified case manager with 20+ years across bedside nursing, utilization and care management, and population health. She builds nurse-led education and practical tools designed to support earlier recognition, clearer clinical communication, and follow-through between visits, with clarity.
